As aBar Managerat the Little door & Co, you will take full responsibility for the bars operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience, high standards of service, and strong financial performance. You will lead and inspire the bar team, curate an innovative drinks menu, and uphold our mission to create the best house parties EVER.
Key Responsibilities:
Being an ambassador for The Little Door & Co and expressing the company Values
Lead from the front Being hands-on is crucial, making sure you are visible to guests and staff. Instilling a sense and pride and fun within your team whist also ensuring professionalism.
Taking full accountability for all bar procedures and checklists
Ensuring the bar rota is maintained and pivoted to ensure maximum efficiency.
Lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated bar team, cultivating a culture rooted in hospitality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Closely monitoring your team. Ensuring every drink is made to company standards; this includes correct garnishes, glassware, and specs.
Holding documented appraisals and 1:1s with your team. Ensuring training and growth as a key focus
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, offering engaging and tailored recommendations to guests.
Oversee daily bar operations with a focus on efficiency, adherence to health and safety standards, and consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Manage stock levels, implement effective cost control strategies, and ensure optimal stock rotation to support profitability.
Where drinks sponsorship is in place, ensuring all contractual obligations are upheld.
Ensuring the bar team are expertly trained on EPOS, and that accuracy is achieved with every shift. Constantly monitoring the tills, ensuring the correct procedures are always in place. Raising any issues with the Operations manager.
