What You'll Do:
Offer tailored support to children with SEN, helping them work toward their educational and personal goals.
Partner with teachers to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adjust learning activities to suit individual needs.
Encourage a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports each student's social and emotional development.
Participate in classroom activities, ensuring all students are engaged and supported.
Keep families and carers informed with regular updates on progress and celebrate achievements.Who We're Looking For:
SEN experience is valued but not essential-empathy, patience, and a strong drive to help are the qualities we prioritize.
Flexible and creative in adapting to different learning needs and styles.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A driver's license and access to a vehicle are advantageous due to the Merton location, but not essential.What's on Offer:
