Novotel London West is part of Accor, the leading global hospitality group. It is one of the largest conference and accommodation providers within Accor. The hotel provides the international business community with space for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. It accommodates both business and leisure guests in one of our 630 bedrooms
We are excited to be looking for a Bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, we want someone who enjoys being part of team, working with our clients and is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about what they do!
Job Description
* Provide a warm welcome for guests and making recommendations from the drinks list if requested
* Preparation of garnish, cocktails and mocktails as well as rest of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
* Deliver an excellent customer service that anticipates individual guest needs
* Take food and beverage orders from guests
* Ensure the bar area is left clean and tidy once guests have left
* Adhere to food hygiene and food safety standards
Work Experience
* Previous experience in a busy bar operation.
* Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
* Proven commercial acumen through previous roles.
* Fluent in English - spoken & written.
