Job summary Wirral Community Health and Care Trust are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual, who is compassionate and a caring individual who has passion and enthusiasm for palliative care and wants to join our community specialist care team as a Senior Nurse Practitioner. The service is multi-professional, with an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapists, Dietitian and Social work professionals working directly as part of the team, with nurse availability 7 days per week. The job is Full time 37.5 hours per week.
