Care Assistant – (Social Care)

Salary: £12.69 per hour, plus increase weekend rate at £14.69 per hour, paid travel time and 45p per mile & £500 joining bonus
Contract: 16 - 30 hour contracts available, all contracts include working every other weekend
Shifts: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm
Sponsorship: ECL does not provide support for sponsorship at this time
Travel required – You will be required to travel around Chelmsford and the surrounding area, so a Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.

To be considered as a Care Assistant, you need:
• A valid driving license and use of personal vehicle for work purposes
• To be 18 and over
• Previous experience in the care industry is not essential as full training will be provided.
• To want to provide a high quality of care and support to vulnerable people
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• To possess an empathetic approach
• To be willing to provide personal care
• A proactive approach to work and be able to work on your own initiative
• To be able to work flexibly depending on the needs of the work environment
• To have a passion to make a positive difference to people’s lives; being considerate and supportive is a must
