THE ROLE This is a B2B account management role based in a relaxed, friendly office environment (definitely not a call centre). You'll manage a portfolio of regular customers – trade professionals who know the business well and enjoy a bit of banter, but expect great service too. You'll have the freedom to manage your accounts your way. No call scripts, no excessive KPIs – just space to build proper relationships, spot opportunities, and make sure your customers keep coming back. ABOUT YOU You'll need experience in telesales or B2B account management. If you're confident on the phone, great at building rapport, and enjoy looking after regular customers, you'll be a great fit. Industry experience isn't needed – you'll be trained on everything – but a proactive, people-first mindset is essential.
