About the Farnborough team: Camberley, Aldershot, Farnborough, are the first cities we deployed our network to in the Surrey and North Hampshire areas, and we are the full-fibre provider of choice here. Customers here are getting to know and love us for the positive impact we are making to the city, and as we expand into areas around Farnborough (such as Mytchett, Ash Vale, Fleet, and Woking), we know we are going to make a huge impact. What we are looking for: We are looking for personable, enthusiastic, customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to be directly responsible for driving brand awareness and delivering sales within Farnborough and surrounding by engaging with potential customers at their premises and at local events. You will also be driven by selling a service that is new, exciting and unlike anything else on the market. As a Brand Ambassador you will need to be: Self-motivated, confident individuals who enjoy a role that involves being out and about every day, interacting with customers face-to-face Someone who enjoys helping people and making a positive difference in the local community Someone who enjoys being in different locations with different challenges day-to-day Driven by achieving targets and enjoy the challenge of bringing our product to life for customers Someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt your style where needed A person who can cope well under pressure and overcome customer objections Experience in door-to-door sales, field sales, target driven retail sales or lead generation as a field sales executive or field sales advisor will be advantageous in this role, but not essential A full driving licence would also be advantageous, but not essential Have the right to work in the UK without restriction In return, we offer a basic salary of £21.5-26K per year as well as our industry-leading commission scheme, on a permanent contract. We also offer Quarterly Salary Reviews Our commission scheme: Our commission is unlike any commission scheme you may have heard of before; this a scheme where our OTE is the minimum that the team should take home, and our teams are achieving far beyond the minimum £10k commission per annum.
