As a driven and experienced Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy and execution at Prodo, helping to build our brand, drive engagement, and generate high-quality leads. You’ll work across digital, content, social media, and events, ensuring that our marketing efforts align with our mission to support the social housing and public sector with innovative digital solutions.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our marketing approach, from HubSpot CRM automation and social media management to delivering impactful campaigns and leading product launches.
Your role will focus on three key areas:
1. Campaign Delivery – Planning and executing powerful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to grow awareness and engagement.
2. Event & Community Engagement – Managing and promoting Hive & Big Buzz events, both virtual and in-person, to establish Prodo as a thought leader in the sector.
3. Product Launch & Growth Strategy – Supporting new product launches with go-to-market strategies, ensuring a seamless introduction of Prodo’s innovations to our target audience.
Expectations of the Role
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with Prodo’s business objectives.
HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation: Own and optimise our HubSpot marketing hub, managing lead nurturing, email marketing, automation workflows, and reporting.
Social Media & Content Management: Plan and maintain an engaging social media content calendar, creating impactful content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and more.
Campaign Management: Execute organic and paid campaigns (SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads) to drive lead generation and audience growth.
Event Management: Oversee Hive & Big Buzz webinars, in-person events, and industry conferences, ensuring smooth execution and high engagement.
Product Marketing: Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Prodo’s positioning.
Analytics & Reporting: Measure campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn insights, using data to refine and improve marketing efforts.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor two marketing team members, ensuring alignment with business goals and professional development.
Brand & Messaging: Maintain consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing channels to reinforce Prodo’s leadership in digital transformation for social housing and the public sector.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or digital agency environment.
Expertise in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, including workflow creation, email marketing, and lead nurturing strategies.
Strong event marketing experience, including planning and managing virtual and in-person events.
Excellent social media and content marketing skills, with experience running LinkedIn and X campaigns.
Analytical mindset, with proficiency in tracking and optimising marketing performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Creative and strategic thinker, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
