About the Job
* This is a Full-Time, Permanent role with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
* The ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
2. To work closely with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets, manage budgets and provide coaching and training as needed.
3. To stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
