Job Description: Business Support Administrator Purpose The role holder will ensure the smooth running of the NaughtOne Head Office in Harrogate and the Showroom in London as well as providing support to the Factory Manager in Elland. The role holder will provide multi-skilled administration support & will act as the main point of contact for any NaughtOne facilities issues at the 3 sites and will take the lead in cascading relevant information to colleagues based at each site. Responsibilities / Key Deliverables Acting as a central point of contact for the day to day running of the Head office & provide administrative support to contribute to the smooth running of each site. Supporting new joiners and internal visitors to site ensuring they have all the necessary information about how to access the offices and the facilities available. Ensure a positive office experience at Head Office & troubleshoot any issues and introduce new initiatives. Diary management, arranging internal meetings/room bookings. This will include liaising with internal and external contacts including senior stakeholders. Collecting feedback from office users on their office experience and data about office usage, including some data analysis. Raising purchase orders as required, ordering stationery, planning, and arranging travel for the MD. Managing incoming emails for the MD and actioning where relevant. Monitoring compliance standards, including producing monthly compliance reports and data (reporting) for the Leadership team. Dealing with any ad-hoc requests for the smooth running of each NaughtOne site. Organising internal communications and providing logistical support for business events. Role Requirements GCSE passes in Maths & English 3 years’ experience in an administrative role ideally gained in HR, Office Administration or Health & Safety Excellent communication and customer service skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Highly proficient technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Excellent organisational skills Self-motivated and forward thinking with drive and determination Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Experience dealing with all levels of colleagues, including senior management. A proven and active team player, willing to help others to achieve results with the ability to work independently and on your own initiative. Ability to draft clear and concise responses to queries/questions. Flexibility, the desire, and confidence to get things done with a proactive approach. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences. Dimension of the Role Based from the NaughtOne head office in Harrogate, the role holder will be expected to spend 1 or 2 days per week at the NaughtOne Factory in Elland; quarterly visits to the London showroom will also be required.
