Sales Consultant within our International Student Recruitment Team:
As a Sales Consultant, you'll need to identify and respond to the needs of students, education agents, or universities. Ilford College of Business Management is a rapidly growing international recruitment education consultancy focused on helping ambitious students achieve places at world-leading universities. You will work with our agents and students to understand their admission problems and develop solutions using education theory. Present your ideas and solutions effectively.
Ilford College of Business Management is a leading educational services organization providing a new generation of counseling. You'll give customers information, help, and advice about university courses or services with the aim of making sales and retaining clients. We are a student recruitment company focusing on students from inside the UK and outside the UK, including South Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the UK.
You'll build positive relationships to gain a better understanding of your clients' recruitment needs and requirements. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for the company. You are expected to deploy advanced selling principles and provide timely sales advice. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with agreed strategies and practices. You will work both in the office and in the field, where you will find clients and negotiate prices.
The Sales Consultant will deal with universities in the UK and Europe, delivering sales materials to our clients, associates, and students in the UK and outside the UK, including South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Success in this role is demonstrated by providing strategic support and valuable inputs, helping firms generate leads and meet their sales objectives.
Sales Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Act as a point of contact between students, associates, and universities.
2. Maintain relationships with students, agents, and universities to understand their needs.
3. Engage with offer holders through multiple communication channels.
4. Meet with many students, parents, agents, and universities every day.
5. Contribute to our rapidly growing UK and international marketing and sales strategies.
6. Respond to client queries and resolve their objections to encourage purchases.
7. Work closely with students through online consultations, mentoring them throughout the application process, leading them on their journey to their dream university.
8. Play a pivotal role in the commercial success of the company by pushing forward new leads to drive sales cycles towards completion.
9. Provide associates and students with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
10. Meet with students, associates, and universities virtually or during sales visits.
11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our company system.
13. Create sales plans and recommend cost-effective sales practices.
14. Represent Ilford College of Business Management at events and exhibitions as needed.
15. Serve as the primary sales resource and help address issues.
Experience: Required
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
Salary: £31,000 – £33,000 yearly
