About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work across a Multi-Academic Trust of secondary schools in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers looking for flexible, day-to-day work with the added benefit of consistency, as you will become familiar with the Trust’s systems, policies, and schemes of work across all three sites.
As a day-to-day supply teacher within this Trust, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting students to achieve their best. You’ll benefit from continuity in your teaching role and the ability to establish meaningful relationships with students, creating a more fulfilling and productive experience for both you and the learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons based on the Trust's schemes of work.
Ensuring effective classroom management and maintaining high standards of behaviour in line with Trust policies.
Following safeguarding guidelines and upholding the school’s policies and procedures.
Providing a supportive learning environment that engages students.
Building rapport with students and staff across all three sites to maintain consistency in education delivery.

Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent) with experience across secondary education.
A flexible and proactive approach to day-to-day teaching.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of students.
An understanding and commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
