We are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to enhance our Human Resources team. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager, integral in synchronising our human resources strategy with overarching business goals, particularly within the Operations division.

What will I do in the role?
* Provide dedicated HR support to the Operations division, enabling managers to implement the people agenda effectively.
* Utilise key data to inform decisions and recommend strategies to senior stakeholders.
* Enhance management capabilities through coaching, e-learning, and other development tools.
* Manage ER casework, performance issues, attendance, and other employee relations matters.
* Maintain visibility and build robust relationships within your client group and with external stakeholders.
* Promote and implement initiatives focused on employee engagement and wellbeing.
What do I need?
* Strong generalist HR background, experience as an HR Business Partner, adept in managing change, and a proven ability to add value and improve operational efficiencies.
* Excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, ability to challenge the status quo, and a history of building strong professional relationships.
* A keen interest in coaching, people development, and a strong operational background with some strategic experience.
