Job Duties:
Supporting teachers in delivering educational activities
Assisting students with classroom tasks and assignments
Supervising students during class and break times
Providing one-on-one support to students who require extra help
Helping to create educational materials and resources
Required Qualifications:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience working with children or young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working with children or young people is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of educational principles and practises
Ability to provide effective support to students
Good organisational skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
Work in a school environment
