CSA Project Manager Data Centre Hertfordshire Our client is a large and well-established MEP Sub-Contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major Mechanical & Electrical Packages on behalf of Tier:1 main contractors involved in technology schemes including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor plants and heavy industrial projects. Due to continued growth in the region of their pharmaceutical division, our client is now seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join their team based on a Data Centre build in Hertfordshire. Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and oversee the CSA project schedule, ensuring the timely completion of tasks related to civil, structural, and architectural works. Coordinate with other disciplines, such as MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and IT, to ensure the alignment of all project phases. Budget Management: Monitor and control costs related to CSA works, ensuring that the project remains within budget. This involves tracking expenditures, managing change orders, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the client, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues, and ensure that any concerns are addressed promptly. Quality Control and Assurance: Oversee the quality of the CSA work by enforcing compliance with project specifications, standards, and local regulations. Conduct regular site inspections, manage third-party inspections, and ensure that all materials and construction methods meet the required quality standards. Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to CSA works, including structural integrity, safety issues, and potential delays. Develop contingency plans and resolve issues that may arise during construction, including managing unforeseen site conditions or design modifications. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure that the CSA aspects of the project adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement safety protocols, monitor site conditions, and conduct safety training for the construction team to minimize accidents and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Requirements Must have 5 years of experience managing projects from Cradle to Grave Must have relevant Degree-Level qualification or equivalent trades background Data Centre experience is preferred Benefits Up to £75,000-£90,000 Benefits
