We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer with Electrical Bias to join us on our Facilities Management Contract in Scotland. GRAHAM FM will provide services related to both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance of facilities in relation to mechanical and electrical assets, building fabric, roofing, roller shutter doors, fire alarm systems and domestic gas boilers. * Complete and submit accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats.
* Utilise electronic devices to efficiently record and complete work tasks.
* Resolve complex electrical issues, including sourcing parts and seeking technical support.
* Adhere to the highest levels of health & safety, conducting risk assessments at the point of work.

Essential Criteria NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
* 18th Edition C&G 2382.
* Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a building maintenance role with a focus on electrical systems and Working in a Multi skilled environment.
* Current Full UK Driver's License.
* Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.
Desirable Criteria
* IOSH - Working Safely or CSCS Card.
* C&G 2391.
* Able to carryout general Plumbing and Fabric Tasks
* Familiarity with PDAs.
* Asbestos awareness training.
