Our client, a marketing technology company is seeking a Client Executive to support clients and assist internal teams. The role includes managing processes, ensuring service levels are maintained, and supporting client activities from setup to reporting. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring timely support Assist clients with coupon setup, campaign management, and reporting Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met Provide administrative support to internal teams to ensure smooth operations Manage client data and maintain accurate records Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency Key Requirements: Experience in customer service or account management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office (training on internal systems will be provided)
