Job summary The post holder will provide administrative support to the Programme Support Officer, Outpatient Programme Managers, and stakeholders. The nature of this post requires the post holder to have tact and diplomacy, ability to manage competing agendas, critical attention to detail, knowledge of project management methodology, as well as proven organisational and planning skills. The post holder will support a high-profile Programme of work to transform the way Outpatient Services are delivered across the Humber Healthcare Partnership footprint. Main duties of the job The Programme Administrator post is pivotal in supporting the Humber Health Partnership to deliver NHS objectives and will respectively be a key member of the Outpatient Transformational team providing administrative support to the programme. In addition, you will have proven experience of managing and updating action trackers and risk/issue logs, preparing reports, data and analysis.
