Desktop Support Analyst required to provide 1st/2nd Line support. Looking after a relatively small number of end users across x2 sites (close together). Confident and professional via phone or 'hands-on' at a desk, you will provide a first-rate service solving IT issues for colleagues across laptops/desktops.
Essential Skills: Your CV will show a demonstrable track-record of 1st/2nd Line Support. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 assisting with set-ups, installations, password re-sets etc.
Immediate interviews, you must be available to start Monday 3rd March. The role is for 4 weeks and will be based on-site, full-time, 5 days a week. Requires a driving licence as there will be occasional travel between the two sites.
NB: This role has been deemed inside of IR35. The rate quoted is the Umbrella rate.
