Currently in vendor selection stage they are reviewing CRM system selections and the partner. They now require a CRM Business Systems Analyst/Consultant to take responsibility for gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business requirements through the full lifecycle of programme, from initial scoping through to detailed requirements during the build and test stages and to work closely with the selected vendor product partner as the conduit between the programme teams and the CRM partners teams.

This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party partners, it requires excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills along with an in-depth CRM business systems background at enterprise and with major vendor full product experiences (Dynamics CE, Salesforce backgrounds would be ideal)
As the CRM Business Systems Analyst/Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
Collaborating with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
Own the Sales/CRM system requirements
Creating clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs)
Analysing and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objectives
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Ensure UAT/system testing is meets all the RQ's + needs of the programme RQ's
Proven experience as a CRM Business Systems Analyst at enterprise
Been involved in the implementation of a number of complex enterprise CRM transformations
Lead to Opportunity including opportunity management, account and contact management, pipeline management, renewals management, sales forecasting, bid/tender management
Multinational implementations in multiple countries, currencies, time zones, languages etc ideally of interest.
