Sales & Account Development: Proactively build and manage relationships with wheelchair services, therapy teams, and purchasing decision-makers. Own the sales cycle—from lead generation and product demonstration to securing orders and after-sales support. Client-Focused Clinics: Attend and support seating clinics, providing technical expertise during assessments, fittings, and product trials. Work alongside clinicians to recommend optimal seating solutions that meet both funding and clinical needs. Territory Management: Grow your regional customer base by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and converting competitor users to Spex through clinical and commercial value. Product Knowledge & Advocacy: Become a trusted expert in the Spex range. Understand and communicate the key differentiators, clinical benefits, and funding justifications for our product solutions within NHS frameworks. Quoting & Pipeline Management: Provide timely and accurate quotations, manage your CRM pipeline, and follow up diligently to close opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets. Events & Product Launches: Represent Spex at trade shows, regional exhibitions, Spex Academy training events, and new product introductions within your accounts. Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is hungry to grow sales, passionate about client outcomes, and ready to take our presence to the next level. You will thrive in this role if you have: A background in complex rehab, or specialist wheelchair seating. Strong knowledge of UK wheelchair service structures, procurement pathways, and clinical protocols. Experience working with NHS wheelchair services teams, private therapists, case managers etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills—with the ability to tailor your approach for clinicians, managers, and procurement leads. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and a natural ability to build trust and convert opportunity into results. Willingness to travel regularly and stay overnight when needed.
