The successful Senior Building Surveyors role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across both advisory/consultant roles and project-driven work, providing a balance of professional services and project management.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as contract administrator or lead consultant/project manager on projects ranging from £500K to £6m
Delivering core building surveying services such as defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, landlord and tenant matters, and reinstatement cost assessmentsThe Ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have
Be MRICS qualified with substanicial post-qualification expeirence
Bring a solid understanding of JCT contracts (essential)
Possess a proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering client-focused solutions
Are driven to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive environment
