About the Role: Due to a sustained period of growth and recent modernization within the business, they are now looking for an experienced inspection and testing safety technician to join the team. Interested in speaking with enthusiastic people from a technical inspections background. Full product training will be provided, so although helpful, fall protection industry knowledge isn’t essential.
Responsibilities
1. Carrying out recertification/maintenance and product training on sites throughout the UK.
2. Recertification of fall protection products on-site, using our state-of-the-art software for the detailing of systems as per inspection requirements.
3. Producing reports and photos of failed systems to enable quoting of replacement parts and systems.
4. Delivery of on-site product training.
5. Delivery of toolbox talks for safe working at height.
6. Pro-active on-site sales of any additional products or general lead generation.
7. Installation team inspections and monitoring.
8. Installation/Recertification team PPE inspections as required.
9. Carrying out installations and repairs of systems.
10. Installation of Kee Safety products as and when required.
Required Skills
1. Previous fall protection system installation experience
2. Full, clean driving license
Pay range and compensation package: Salary: £34k to £40k (dependant on experience). Performance bonus, paid overtime and excess travel, company van, holidays: 25 days plus statutory with 3 days allocated for Christmas shutdown, paid sick leave (in accordance with policy), company pension scheme, company life insurance scheme, company phone, overnight allowance, employee assistance programme, charitable donations as part of Kee Giving.
