Responsibilities
Provide direct support and assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness.
Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored action plans.
Facilitate access to housing services, healthcare, employment programs, and other social services.
Offer emotional support and guidance to clients, promoting mental well-being and resilience.
Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Collaborate with local agencies, organizations, and community groups to enhance support services.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Requirements
A minimum qualification of a relevant diploma or degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience working with homeless populations or in a similar support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and advocacy.
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Demonstrated empathy, resilience, and a commitment to social justice and inclusion.

Pay Per Hour: £12.38
