The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the well-being and dignity of residents. What We’re Looking For? Registered Nurse (RMN, RGN or RNLD considered) with relevant experience in mental health, dementia care, or challenging behaviour support. A valid UK NMC Pin A compassionate and patient-focused approach, with strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide mentorship to junior staff.
