This role will sit within our Academy recruitment team where we recruit, hire, train, and deploy candidates to bridge skills gaps.
Job description:
1. Ability to demonstrate strong capabilities in the full end-to-end recruitment life-cycle.
2. Data integrity, quality, and managing all recruitment activity via our internal CRM system.
3. Analyse data to improve outcomes and have data-led conversations.
4. Candidate attraction and sourcing via search and match technology.
5. Offer and on-boarding management independently with no supervision required, managing, and closing complicated candidate objections.
6. Prepare for and attend client meetings, contributing to their success and debriefings.
7. Begin to lead internal meetings with peers, team members, and account teams regarding new roles, recruitment strategy, and progress reviews.
8. Create positive relationships with candidates, asking, listening, and building connections to gain market insight, information, leads, and referrals.
9. Show an in-depth understanding of clients' business, culture, key skills, and wider business information.
10. Acting as Delivery POC for client/Account Teams, chasing CV and interview feedback.
11. Understand and keep up to date with market trends, information, key movers, and projects.
12. Take market information to your network via social media to drive inbound candidate engagement.
Skills/Qualifications needed:
1. Confident in headhunting rather than sole reliance on application generation.
2. Client relationship building and stakeholder management experience.
3. Awareness of personal brand and impact across the business.
4. Demonstrable success in engaging/placing passive candidates.
5. Skilled in using sourcing tools.
6. Skilled in attracting and placing candidates.
7. Experience working to targets, deadlines, and/or service agreements.
