Alloy Wheel Refurbisher - Preston

Our client, the No1 motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Alloy Wheel Refurbish Technician

The Role:
Includes but is not limited to:
* Being responsible for carrying out high-quality wheel repairs and refurbishments, including alloy wheel repair and diamond cut finishes
* Remove/Refit/Balance wheels and tyres
* Strip wheels using various techniques
* Dress and repair wheels using various techniques
* Use the shot-blaster to clean/key wheel surfaces
* Paint/recoat wheels
* Carrying out work to the highest quality levels
* Completing documentation to the standards required by the Company
* Ensuring compliance to the relevant Manufacturer/Insurer standards and requirements
* Ensuring good standards of housekeeping at all times
Skills & Experience:
* A passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service
* Self-motivated
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* An effective communicator
* You should have experience in the latest wheel refurbishment techniques and processes, including using specialist equipment and tools.
* Must be confident in removing Tyres
Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid lunch break of 30 minutes.

Working hours/days:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Occasional Saturdays (O/time)
Salary:
£32k basic - £38k++ OTE with uncapped bonus and overtime
