As a Tax Assistant Manager, you will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of private clients, including HNWIs, business owners, and trusts. You’ll support the delivery of both compliance and advisory services while developing your leadership skills and helping to guide junior team members.

Role Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance obligations are met
* Preparing and reviewing complex self-assessment tax returns
* Supporting the delivery of bespoke tax planning and advisory work, including IHT, CGT, and residency matters
* Acting as a point of contact for clients and maintaining strong working relationships
* Assisting in the training and development of junior team members
* Working closely with senior staff to ensure the smooth running of client engagements

Candidate Requirements
* ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent QBE considered)
* Solid experience in personal tax compliance and advisory, ideally gained within a practice environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
* A team player who enjoys mentoring and supporting others
