Previous experience of supporting those in the EYFS is essential for this role. Job Role: Supporting the Class Teacher in delivering engaging EYFS lessons. Assisting with the development of children's learning and social skills. Providing one-to-one and small-group support. Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment. Helping with classroom preparation and resource management. Supporting children with additional needs when required. Required Skills and Experience: Previous UK school experience is essential. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent. Knowledge of the National Curriculum, EYFS framework, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). Experience in a Primary School setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work closely with the Class Teacher to support students' development.
