The purpose of this role is to manage a team of project staff to deliver services, be creative and innovative to secure additional funding for ongoing mental health programmes. Main Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and developing multiple Health and Wellbeing programmes including, but not limited to, the SMI Active Wellbeing Service Lead and manage a team of full time and casual staff, ensuring team members are motivated and supported Build and maintain relationships with key partners to support the delivery and growth of programmes, working alongside Enables Marketing and Communications department to improve the reputation of programmes and share achievements Proactively seek opportunities for both new programmes, and existing programme development and innovation. Support the business development and fundraising teams to apply for additional funds to enhance services and start new programmes Write proposals and business cases for contracts, working with the ICB and Local Authorities Represent Enable at community and networking events to promote our programmes, contribute and influence decisions over health and wellbeing services for communities Working alongside the Health and Wellbeing Manager, forecast and manage programme budgets, monitoring income and expenditure, according to Enable policy and procedure Prepare and lead on developing proposals for existing programmes to secure future funding Set and manage key processes, outcomes and indicators to ensure clear and realistic shared goals are set and reported on Monitor and evaluate the impact of programmes. Provide written reports, summaries, and presentations to the Health and Wellbeing Programme Manager, partners and commissioners Skills/Experience: Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of mental health and the mental health system, particularly the severe mental illness sector Experience of project management, and using project management tools and approaches to deliver successful projects, ideally in health related environment Experience of line management and developing staff Previous experience working with ICB and/or Public Health Commissioners The ability to engage and build excellent rapport with commissioner's face to face and virtually Ability to self-generate new business through detailed research and finding your own leads Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Experience in Safeguarding and Health and Safety procedures/standards are maintained and followed by all staff and volunteers Experience in monitoring and reporting to senior managers and partners Knowledge of CRM systems and tools to track and evaluate projects ( desirable ) Fundraising experience/funding application experience ( desirable ) Project management qualification ( desirable ) This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a company that positively impacts the community around them If you are someone that is motivated by a desire to enrich the lives of others and make a genuine difference, then please Apply Now and follow the prompts.
