We are seeking a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and pupils to support learning, provide targeted interventions, and help create an inclusive, positive classroom environment.

Duties as a Teaching Assistant:
1. Support pupils in class, both 1:1 and in small groups, under the direction of the class teacher.
2. Help prepare and maintain classroom resources and displays.
3. Assist with the delivery of learning activities across the curriculum.
4. Support pupils with SEND or additional needs in accessing learning.
5. Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing across the school.
6. Supervise pupils during break and lunch as required.
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
1. Experience working with children or young people (desirable).
2. A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or willingness to train).
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A kind, flexible, and proactive approach to working with children.
5. A commitment to supporting the values and ethos of our school.
