Salary: £34,514 - £51,179 per annum
Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire
Contract: Full time and Permanent contract directly with the school

We are currently looking for a motivated and exceptional Geography Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School Academy from September 2025.

Within our ECT programme, you will be mentored by a senior teacher or leader within your subject, who will provide ongoing support in planning, adhering to the Teacher Standards, and your well-being throughout your ECT years.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
1. MUST HOLD UK QTS
2. Experience teaching KS3 & KS4
3. Excellent curriculum knowledge
4. Ambitious and driven personality
5. Must be able to create engaging and challenging lessons
6. Teaching approach which focuses on motivating and inspiring pupils
