Parts Advisor needed for a commercial vehicle dealership based throughout the north west of England. This is a permanent position, offering an annual salary of up to £30k + bonus (£3.6K), 30 days holiday, and a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday, plus 1 Saturday morning every 4 weeks.
The Parts Advisor role is based in Salford.
The ideal candidate will come from an automotive background, possess strong customer service and administration skills, and have a desire to achieve and grow within the business. This position requires maximizing sales opportunities and completing tasks to a high standard.
Duties of the Parts Advisor role:
* Handling incoming calls and dealing with customers at the front counter
* Communicating with the workshop floor regarding orders
* Participating in the entire sales process, from generating an order to preparing it
* Generating quotes and processing orders
* Using IT systems (emails, data input, retrieving quotes, etc.)
* Liaising with key suppliers
* Supporting delivery drivers when needed (a driving licence is required)
* Addressing technical queries
