Position: Admin Assistant (Disrepair and Ombudsman)

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and process disrepair claims, ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained.
* Act as the main point of contact for communication with the Housing Ombudsman.
* Maintain detailed records of all correspondence and case progress.
* Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for case resolution.
* Prepare and submit reports on case statuses and outcomes.
* Provide administrative support to the disrepair team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Requirements:
