Job summary The post holder is part of the Catering and Performance team and is required to work closely with Hotel Services Operational to deliver in-house training Responsible for planning, organising and delivering appropriate training, to include induction training for new staff in line with Trust and Hotel Services Standards. The post holder will be required to deliver training using different methods including face to face, virtual meetings ie Microsoft teams and video recorded sessions. This will also include individual one to one and group sessions. To carry out comprehensive monitoring of hotel services cleaning and catering services trust wide including those services provided by the Trust in house team, external contracted services and service levels agreements. Auditing must ensure standards are being met and maintained: National Standards (eg National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness) Trust Standards (eg Trust Cleaning Procedure) Contract Specifications Service Level Agreements Catering Standards (eg HACCP) Audits to be carried out using the agreed electronic audit system which the post holder will support to manage and maintain. Assists the Contracting & Performance Officer with the performance management system for hotel services to include customer feedback and audit results quarterly reports for Head of Hotel Services and the Estates and Facilities Management team. Reporting data held on a number of different systems including audit software and in-house IT systems including spreadsheets.
