About the Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of new engineering development projects across a global team based in the UK & Denmark. With a bright-minded engineering team, you will oversee the end-to-end project life-cycle for new and existing cutting-edge Defence products. Reporting directly into the PMO Director in Denmark, Copenhagen, you will be responsible for optimising metrics, reporting, methodologies, and best practices across multiple global projects. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams, making you the key contact point for ensuring smooth project execution. Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager: Drive engineering projects from concept through to production across international teams. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and key stakeholders. Implement Agile/Waterfall/Prince2 methodologies, ensuring the flexibility to adapt while staying on target. Present critical project updates, including risk assessments, cost forecasts, and timelines to senior management. Travel internationally when needed to ensure alignment and progress across global locations. Requirements of the Senior Project Manager: Experience managing complex product engineering development projects, ideally within advanced device development (electronics, mechanics, acoustics). A strong track record of using Agile or similar methodologies to deliver engineering projects. Leadership skills to manage matrix-based teams across multiple functional areas in a global setting.
