We are seeking a Product Knowledge Expert to join our diagnostics team at Zenopa. As a key member of our diagnostics division, you will be responsible for providing expert product knowledge and technical support to our clients.
Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that our clients receive high-quality product knowledge and technical support, enabling them to maintain their expertise within immunodiagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to clients, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed guidance to clients.
Requirements
* Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the diagnostics or medical sector.
* Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development and growth.
