What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of the Sales Support Department, your primary purpose will be to assist the Sales Director, Senior Sales Consultants, and the Purchasing team. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Organising and managing inboxes to ensure timely responses to inbound emails.
* Sending regular updates based on handovers from absent colleagues.
* Acting as the main point of contact for inquiries via email and phone.
* Processing orders and managing back orders.
* Producing formal quotes to support the sales efforts.
* Answering inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and cheerfulness.
* Managing internal stock adjustments to ensure accuracy and availability.
* Handling webshop inquiries, including registrations and orders.
* Gathering market intelligence as requested.
* Contacting suppliers for pricing and negotiating the best deals when orders are placed.
What our client is looking for:
While our client believes that great talent can come from various backgrounds, they prefer candidates with some administrative experience or the ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills.
What you'll receive:
* Competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £26,000 DOE, with first-year OTE of £30,000!
