Key Responsibilities:
* Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, bars, and room service, ensuring seamless guest experiences and exceeding financial targets.
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a culture of excellent customer service and teamwork.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest concerns and complaints, and ensuring that our service culture is always upheld.
* Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our food and beverage team members, promoting career growth and succession planning.
* Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that we meet or exceed our revenue and profit targets.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent, with 4+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
* Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Strong financial management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
