Title: Social Value Bid Writer Title: Social Value Bid Writer Salary range : £30,000 to £40,000 per annum Location: Remote / Any FNC office. Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home. Closing date is 16th May 2025 but we encourage early applications The Social Value Bid Writer role will help to shape and then articulate responses to Social Value questions in a clear, persuasive manner. Reporting to the Intel and Strategy Lead, the role will work closely with the Social Value Consultant to help shape Social Value capability within Frazer-Nash. Responsibilities include: Contributing to the development of compliant and compelling proposals with a focus on social value responses Ensuring that proposals are accurate, complete and represent the company’s experience, capability and value proposition around social value Support the Social Value Consultant and Business Managers in the development of bid-specific social value solutions. Support the development of a wider social value strategy Create and maintain content relating to social value to support the wider business Support the Bid and Capture team, where required, by assisting in wider bid writing activity The Social Value Bid Writer will: Understand the principles of bid writing best practice Have an appreciation of the UK’s Social Value Model and corresponding Model Award Criteria (MACs) Possess advanced written and verbal communication skills Have effective interpersonal skills and present a professional approach when acting as an ambassador for Strategic Pursuits Be highly motivated, with the ability to adjust strategies when needed Be committed to social value and its ability to create positive effects Have the ability to work individually and as part of a team Have the ability to handle several tasks at once and work to tight deadlines Have meticulous attention to detail and a thorough, methodical approach. Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
