We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team, with a view to providing on-site support to a key client within the financial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality on-site hardware and software support to a team of end-users ranging in influence and seniority. This role requires a personable and motivated individual, with a strong track-record in the OSS space. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-class on site technical support with an approachable, can-do attitude Support IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change and Disposal) services to maintain organisational efficiency, security and adaptability Provide MR (Mixed Reality) support in box a hardware and software capacity across all levels of business seniority Oversee business joiner and leaver activities, including laptop prepping and wiping, 1st login setup and on-going assistance A blend of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support respond to tickets assigned, but people will bring issues to the desk in-person Qualifications: 10 years experience in providing high-level on-site support in a variety of environments such as schools, hospitals and the financial sector Knowledge of M365 packages Experience working with senior end users such as Directors and C-Suite personnel A self-starter who is happy to work independently but part of a wider (virtual) global team What we Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
