We are looking for a charming and polished receptionist to join a top investment company based in Greenwich.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a polished, charming, and flexible receptionist to be a key part of an ambitious, passionate, and collaborative team.
Duties include:
* Welcoming often UHNW clients and guests
* Inbox management
* Ensuring reception and meeting rooms are booked and immaculate
* Diary / Meeting management
* Arrange and set up refreshments and lunches for meetings
* Maintaining kitchen and stationery stock and managing the weekly grocery shop
* Raise POs and deal with suppliers
* Credit card reconciliation
* Supporting the EA with diary management, arranging travel and accommodation, booking event days, placing orders, etc.
* Liaising with IT and the Accounts Department
We are looking for some previous front-of-house/customer service experience in an office environment. An eager and proactive self-starter who will be an ambassador for the brand, take initiative, and build relationships with ease.
