We are currently seeking compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team, supporting secondary students with diverse learning needs in both one-on-one and classroom settings. The ideal candidate will: Provide attentive, individualized support to students with various SEN needs, including autism and ADHD. Foster a nurturing, structured environment that enables students to thrive academically and socially. Collaborate closely with SENCOs, teachers, and other staff to implement tailored learning strategies. Adapt to different classroom settings and demonstrate resilience and patience. Requirements: Experience working with SEN students, particularly in a secondary setting, is preferred but not essential. A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of students with additional needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Right to work in the UK.
