We have an exciting opportunity with a brand new role to join Waitrose as a Senior CRM Campaign Analyst, reporting into our CRM Lead. - Salary: £53,000 - £85,000 - Contract type: 6 month Secondment/Fixed Term - to August 2025 - Interviews: w/c 3rd Feb Job Description: About the role In this role, you will champion and manage the use of first party data across CRM and the wider channel mix. You will be a gatekeeper to our personalisation strategy working closely with our analytics and data science teams to support our customer segmentation, enhance and shape our targeting and selections strategy, enabling us to achieve our customer outcomes and commercial objectives. In addition you will: Manage CRM analytics workflow to enhance the use of 1st party data across the Waitrose Channels team Support the delivery of campaigns across CRM, ensuring best in class set-up, delivery and reporting Pro-actively identify opportunities to enhance campaigns, collection of first party data and usage to meet commercial outcomes Work collaboratively with central data functions to advocate for our marketing requirements within wider transformation projects Provide development, leadership and inspiration for the other members of the CRM Analyst team You will have 2 direct reports.
