Allan Morris Worcester have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dedicated and supportive team.
Based in the centre of Worcester, we cover a mixture of city, town, semi-rural, and rural properties across the county. We are passionate about customer service and strive to deliver a first-class service to all our customers. Our sales negotiators are at the heart of our service, acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries, responsible for arranging appointments and ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date.
The successful Sales Negotiator will share our passion for customer service and “doing the right thing,” have excellent communication skills, and be organised with good time management. You will be proactive and happy to work in the office as well as traveling to our properties. This is a busy, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and we are looking for confident, driven individuals to help further our growth.
Duties will include:
1. Call handling – Inbound and outbound calls, providing updates to vendors and interested parties as well as handling general enquiries.
2. Diary Management – Booking viewings and market appraisals/valuations on behalf of the whole team.
3. Dealing with offers and negotiating sales.
4. Attending and conducting viewings, when required, on our properties across the county.
5. Administration duties – Sending emails, drafting offer letters, and updating our internal database.
Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience within an estate agency or other property sector is desired, but candidates with other sales, target-driven experience will be considered.
2. Excellent knowledge of the local area.
3. Strong communication skills – Both written and verbal.
4. The ability to build rapport, understand a customer's needs, and offer resolution.
5. Proven experience working towards, and exceeding, targets.
6. Ability to work on your own initiative with excellent organisation and time management skills.
7. A full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
The successful Sales Negotiator will be required to work Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm and every other Saturday, 9am – 3pm (with a full day off in the week in lieu).
We offer a starting salary of £21,000 - £23,000 (depending on experience) plus team bonus (£27,000 - £31,000 OTE) and other incentives.
