Job Description:
In this role, you would be responsible for managing all site elements of the project for King and Moffatt, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.
What you would do:
* On site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
* Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
* On site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour
* Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
* Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
* Execution of commissioning and close out plan
* Ensure close out of snag lists.
* Deliver on labour tracker.
* Manage relevant external correspondence.
* Order all day-to-day site materials.
* Update appropriate information to progress report.
* Maintaining K&M Document Management System
* Project specific scheduling.
* Communicate changes to Project team.
* Project quality reporting and monitoring.
* Oversee testing certification and handover.
* Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.
Qualifications
* Qualified Electrician
* Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role
* Experience of managing and leading teams
* Project Management experience beneficial
* Computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Up to date manual handling & safe pass
