Management Assistant to the Regional President – APAC

About the Role
As the Management Assistant to the Regional President – APAC, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support and ensuring seamless operations within the leadership team. You will be responsible for:
1. Support: Managing the Regional President’s diary, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential correspondence.
2. Leadership Team Coordination: Acting as the Secretariat for the APAC Leadership Team, including organising agendas, drafting minutes, and following up on action items.
3. Event & Stakeholder Management: Leading key initiatives such as Town Halls, stakeholder engagements, and leadership meetings.
4. Travel & Expense Oversight: Managing business travel arrangements, approvals, and expense processing through Concur and SAP.
5. Communication & Administration: Supporting internal communications and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Facilities & Procurement Coordination: Overseeing event management, office supplies, and uniform suppliers.
7. Continuous Improvement & Strategic Initiatives: Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and engagement within the Regional President’s office.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
1. 5+ years’ experience as a Management Assistant, supporting multiple senior managers in a mid-to-large organisation.
2. Advanced digital literacy, including Office365 (SharePoint, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and video conferencing platforms.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and coordinate with external suppliers.
4. Exceptional organisational & time management skills, with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Professionalism & confidentiality, ensuring sensitive information is handled with integrity.
6. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
