Role Overview
This is a dynamic, telephone-based role requiring a hands-on approach to problem-solving, query handling, and data input. Youll work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including pharmacy staff, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics teams, while adhering strictly to MHRA regulations and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver outstanding customer service to secondary care providers nationwide.
2. Proactively support the Regional Hospital Account Management team to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Process and manage incoming customer orders efficiently and accurately.
4. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, seeking timely resolutions.
5. Handle goods receipt processing and liaise with suppliers to address discrepancies.
