An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Melton Mowbray Agency.
About the role:
We are looking to further enhance our thriving, friendly, supportive & professional team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service whilst ensuring you adhere to our compliance and regulatory requirements.
Providing exceptional customer service, you will handle policy and claims enquiries, provide insurance quotations selling the benefits of NFU Mutual policies, and undertake insurance transactions and general sales tasks with a ‘can-do’ proactive attitude. You will also maximize inbound and outbound sales opportunities, cross-selling general insurance and Financial Services products to existing clients and assisting with renewal retention by using your excellent telephone manner to make the most of every call.
About You
You’ll have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, whether you’re starting your career in insurance or want to take your next step within the industry.
Communication is an important part of your role here, and so you must have a natural ability when it comes to building rapport with customers. To join our team, you’ll also have:
1. Experience working within Customer Service.
2. Strong IT skills as the role will require use of multiple IT systems and CRM databases.
3. Excellent organization skills, with a strong attention to detail.
4. A proactive mindset to find the best solutions for customers.
5. Any insurance experience would be welcomed but isn’t essential as we’ll provide excellent training and ongoing support.
6. Minimum 5 GCSE (or equivalent) at level 4 / Grade C or above including both Maths and English.
