Key Responsibilities

About You
* Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a B2B environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
* Ownership-driven and accountable for resolving customer issues
* Proactive, solutions-oriented, and always thinking ahead
* Sharp problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Team player with the ability to work independently and stay motivated
* Experience with CRM systems and customer service tools is a plus
